By accessing, browsing, or using any portion of the 218plusph website (https://218plusph.app) or any related services, applications, or platforms operated by 218plusph (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. Your continued use of 218plusph following any update or modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the 218plusph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling participation in the Philippines as governed by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order imposed by 218plusph or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 218plusph or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

218plusph reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction. Providing false information regarding your age or identity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all funds held in the affected account.

Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the 218plusph Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, date of birth, and any other information required for Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. 218plusph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login information.

218plusph reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable identification documents include Philippine government-issued IDs such as a valid passport, driver's license, SSS card, PhilHealth card, or UMID.

All financial transactions on 218plusph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals.

Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven (Cliqq), and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made through verified e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) are typically credited to your 218plusph account within minutes.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be directed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, in line with anti-money laundering best practices.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no standard maximum per transaction, though 218plusph reserves the right to apply reasonable daily or weekly limits.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
• Bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash balances. See Section 5.

218plusph reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests and may delay processing pending satisfactory completion of such checks. In cases where fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity is suspected, withdrawals may be suspended pending investigation.

218plusph offers various promotional offers to eligible account holders, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, and referral incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 218plusph promotions include:

• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money balances until applicable wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, where stated) must be wagered before any portion of the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Only certain game categories may contribute toward wagering requirements; contribution rates vary by game type and will be specified in promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for the personal use of the registered account holder only. Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to collusion, exploitation of software errors, or wagering patterns indicative of bonus abuse — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

218plusph reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

All games available on 218plusph operate using certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology, independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. Return-to-Player ("RTP") percentages are set at developer-certified defaults and are not modified by 218plusph.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game session, 218plusph's system logs shall be the definitive record of all game outcomes. In cases where a game round cannot be completed due to technical failure, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account at 218plusph's discretion.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities on the 218plusph Platform:

• Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 as amended.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform's infrastructure or other users' experience.

Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

218plusph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, identity theft, or money laundering.
• Inability to verify the account holder's identity or age to our satisfaction.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A direction from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any balance remaining in the account (including both real-money and bonus funds) may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at 218plusph's initiative without cause attributable to the player, real-money balances net of any active unmet wagering requirements will be returned to the player through the player's registered payment method.

218plusph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for a minority of players and we have implemented the following tools to assist players in maintaining healthy gaming behaviour:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from 218plusph.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 218plusph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 218plusph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

218plusph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 218plusph account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 218plusph makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or uninterrupted availability of the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. Where negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the relevant competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or account balances, 218plusph's internal dispute resolution process must be initiated first by contacting our support team. We will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

218plusph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered account holders via email or a notice displayed upon login. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors) may be made without notice.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 218plusph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure.
